We encourage everyone to get to know the local Employment Ontario partnered agencies as they offer many services that make the hiring process smoother for everyone involved.

 

These Employment Ontario partnered agencies include the Career Centre in Bayfield Mall, Georgian College – Career and Employment Community Services, Agilec (with offices in Barrie and Innsfil) and Collège Boréal. Below are some of the services that these Employment Ontario partnered agency offer for both employers and job seekers. These agencies have a suite of services and funding to help you in recruitment, training, and more.

The Career Centre has been providing services in the City of Barrie and surrounding area since 1995. They have experienced professional Employment Consultants to help job seekers prepare and be ready to fill the work they need.

For employers, Employment Consultants are available to help them with recruitment of people with the skills they need.

The Career Centre is committed to provide the highest quality, most comprehensive employment services to employers and job seekers in our community. Their services are available at no cost for anyone who is looking for work and for employers who are looking to hire.

CAREER & EMPLOYMENT COMMUNITY SERVICES - GEORGIAN COLLEGE

Georgian College Career Employment Community Services (CECS) value their contribution to Ontario and are proud of their reputation for excellence – in the programs they manage, the quality of service they offer our community and the results they achieve. Their team of employment professionals will assist you to find the services that are right for you.

Their employment servies consultant can help job seekers create a plan of action to achieve individual career and employment goals through a series of individual appointments and recommended action steps.

CECS offers a variety of services to employers to help you grow your labour force, including access to vital information related to employment and labour standards. There is no cost for employers to use these services, however employers must meet eligibility criteria to access them.
